Fuyoh ....

An entire month hiatus from my blog!

It's been an ... interesting, to say the least, kind of 1 1/2 months, to say the least!

Firstly - Mom and Pops came for 2 weeks. It was great visiting with the
m again and it was nice to meet and catch up with the extended side of the family! :D I kinda look like crap here, so thank you again to the kind folks over at Adobe! :D

Pops really, thoroughly enjoyed his time over in Putrajaya - and he was very impressed with the architecture (of course, I didn't take him to the new 'old' buildings that seem to be in the news nowadays with the ceiling dropping etc). He was amused with the constant changing in design of the lamp posts as we drove about different parcels and precincts of Putrajaya. I made him take some photos of the nice houses in precincts 9 and 10 (near the PM's palace) so that he has evidence that Malaysians don't stay in trees. :D haha ....

I must say that I am so happy that they had such a good time over here and that they stayed in the fancy - schmancy The Royale Bintang @ The Curve, which was and still is a very nice and clean Hotel.
The highlight of visiting has the be the new generation of kiddies who hopefully do not get involved in family politics! :P LOL This first photo is my eldest niece. Isn't she a darling!!! The second photo is of my second niece. OoO ... I just want to continue pinching cheeks!!!! They are so adorable la!

Yay - part 1

Mom and Pops arrived a little earlier than expected - 4:30pm as opposed to the 5:15pm that was the original plan - thank God sometimes for inefficient MAS Kargo people :D We don't need Mom and Pops waiting in a foreign country getting all hot and bothered ... not a good way to start a holiday, yes? :) And after hearing about the complaints about Korean Air, and not just from Mom, but from Mom Kelly as well, HmPh ... that is one airlines that everyone should avoid. Crap service, bad airplanes, code sharing with MAS-Nightmare (which is another story altogether).

Anyways, the hotel was gorgeous and had awesome service. Real happy with the staff there, very accommodating and with a plus - almost ALL of them smiled! :D It was nice to stay with happy people. LOL! More to come soon.
