Fitness?

I am going for my first gym outing in YONKS because I've decided that I would like to be healthier and this is one small step towards that.

Gosh. I'm excited. Yoga first, then a little cycling, then dinner. LOL.

Fitness indeed.

Host with the most.

OMG.

I just found out I'm hosting this year's Christmas dinner. o.O

WITHOUT.AN.OVEN.

How am I expected to spread festive cheer and fabulousness without an oven? At Christmas, no less! I so need to channel Martha and Nigella. Help!

Christmas - Blast from the past!

Found these photos as I was archiving ... this was before Jerry left for America and I had a stage performance ... I think it was called "Christmas: A Play!" ... and I was 1 of 2 guys in the play with main parts in terms of dancing, singing and catching a girl as she jumped into my arms. Whoo! ;)

This photo was taken before we headed out to Church for evening service on the 23rd, I believe. My play (one day only, sold out ... wahhh) was scheduled for later that evening. Needless to say, I was nervous as hell. ;) But looking forward to the day we had all been rehearsing for for months on end. It was a blast, but no photos unfortunately. This was before the era where every Tom, Lucy and Jack had a phone, much less a camera.

This photo is of Valerie, myself and Erin. Good friends. Wonder where they are now though! ;)

Crab - Bee.

Krabi, Thailand:

This is an amazing peninsular jutting out into the gorgeous, breathtaking Andaman Ocean.

Instead of yammering away, I'll let the pictures do the talking.

This was with the tide out. Erm ... you may want to give the coast a miss when it's out. It's kinda ... gross. Muddy and all that. ;) Like seriously.

The bathroom was ... amazing to say the least. Jacuzzi ... candles ... outdoor shower ... showering under the moon, stars, sun ... ;). Although erm ... draining the jacuzzi was a little difficult and we had to call Housekeeping.

Singha was the
drink of the day. Loads of fermented yeast and Lord knows what else is in there ... ;) Notice the gorgeous sunset in the background?

It was filled with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets ... and of course gorgeous people. ;)

There was this couple who actually fought at this gorgeous place ... and his partner stormed off ... leaving his partner to form this gorgeous silhouette. I thought it was rather nice.

And it all ended with this lovely garden lamp.

The Transfer

So.

My MD decided that it would be a great idea to rock the boat.
Right.

SO ... guess who got transferred YET again? ;)

Yeah. Me. Where to? You ask. Sales. The freakin' Sales Department.

The mover and shaker of the Company.

The Department that has been Juggernaut's stronghold. So, it was with great trepidation that I took over the helm of what was essentially the Department I was doing my darndest to get out of when the Juggernaut was at the helm.

However, as nervous and apprehensive as I was, it wasn't any more difficult than it was when I was at the helm of the Marketing Department. The team in the Sales Department, I reckon, heaved a collective sigh of relief when Juggernauts was transferred. And I guess, with great reason too. Now that I'm here, I don't believe in the Iron Fist method. I kinda like things to grow organically with certain guidelines in place. The result?

With the exception of freaky September, every month since July has seen an increase in Sales with this past October being one of the highest. Talk about the Team really starting to stretch their wings!!! :) I'm SO proud of them. ;)

Will write more soon. Need to get back to work. Oh yeah, nice ya my new template? The puppy at the top? My brother's new pup. His name? Jack Bauer, after the guy in 24. Cute, right? Should see him in real life. ;)
